RBI Requirement: Para 5.4 of the RBI Digital Lending Guidelines (Circular DOR.CRE.REC.66/21.07.001/2022-23) requires Regulated Entities (REs) to prominently publish the list of all Digital Lending Apps (DLAs) and Lending Service Providers (LSPs) engaged by them, along with the activities they perform.
